In addition to providing quality education, the University creates conditions for the development of creative and harmonious personalities.

Foreigners who attend the Preparatory Department and study within the University’s educational programs, join the general university events, which are held annually:

• Dedication ceremony for freshmen
• Debut of a freshman
• DonARTS Festival
• Faculty days
• University Day, etc.

The University hosts sports competitions, thematic Olympiads and competitions, informational, cultural, and educational events, scientific conferences, meetings with public figures, etc., during which a student can express oneself in various activities, get acquainted with the Ukrainian culture, areas of scientific schools and representatives of the world scientific community. Students attend excursions, corporate events, participate in the activities of Student Council, organization and celebration of National Friendship Days, academic mobility programs, dual degree programs with foreign universities.
