Human Resources Department

Human Resources Department of Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University is a structural unit of the University, which is directly subordinated to the Rector.

The main tasks and responsibilities of the Human Resources Department include:

Recruitment and positioning of scientific, scientific-pedagogical, pedagogical, engineering and technical, educational and support and servicing staff, familiarizing staff members with the rules of internal labor work schedule and collective agreement;

Registration of employment, reassignment and dismissal of University staff;

Record keeping of the established accounting records, preparation of the state statistical records on personnel issues;

Keeping students’ personal documents during their period of education, issuing certificates on keeping the original documents at the University;

Work experience calculation of University employees across all categories

Accounting and registration of employees’ vacations;

Preparation of materials aimed at encouraging employees;

Registration and storage of personal documents and employment records of employees
