The Admission of foreigners and stateless persons to higher education institutions is executed pursuant to the Laws of Ukraine “On Higher Education”, “On Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons”, “On Foreign Ukrainians”, “On Refugees and Persons in Need of Additional or Temporary Protection”, “On the establishment of additional legal and social guarantees for citizens of the Republic of Poland who are in the territory of Ukraine“, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 12, 2018 No 729 “Issue of getting higher education by some categories of persons”, the Procedure for the Admission to Ukrainian Vocational (Vocational and Technical), Professional Pre-Higher and Higher Education Institutions and the Education (Training/Internship) of Foreigners and Stateless Persons through the Unified Interagency Information System of Ukraine for Foreigners and Stateless Persons Intending to Study at Ukrainian Vocational (Vocational and Technical), Professional Pre-Higher and Higher Education Institutions, approved by Resolution No. 758 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 28 June 2024, by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of November 1, 2013 No 1541 “Some issues of recruitment and training (internship) of foreigners and stateless persons”, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2013 for No 2004/24536, by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of December 2, 2019 No 1498 “On approval the procedure for establishing quotas for higher education by foreigners and stateless persons within the scope of the state order in accordance with International Treaties of Ukraine”, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 10, 2020 for No 153/34436.

The acceptance of applications and supporting documents, entrance examinations, competitive selection, and enrolment of international applicants shall be conducted within the following timeframes:

Note. International applicants may apply either during the Main Admission Round or the Additional Admission Round, depending on the date of submission of their application and supporting documents. Participation in both admission rounds is neither required nor permitted

Submission of documents to study at the Preparatory Department is performed as a rule during the year.
