This is an educational project of the public organization “Center for Analysis and Development of Public Communication “Dialoh” in partnership with Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University supported by Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.

Target audience:

Heads of regional state administrations of Vinnytsia Oblast.

Course duration:

September 20, 2018 – December 20, 2018

Frequency:

every two weeks (Thursday)

During three months of the program, participants have acquired professional competencies in:

  • building and managing the image of a public person;
  • strategic communications;
  • policy analysis and economic indicators of Ukraine, oblasts, raions;
  • the art of public speaking and the preparation of public reports for various target audiences;
  • legal protection of public activity of the official;
  • social community mobilization;
  • personnel management in state structures.

23 participants of the School received certificates with supplements of Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University.
