In May 2005, Ukraine joined 40 European countries united by the principles of the Bologna Process. The Bologna Process is called the process of creating a single educational space for European countries today. Its main purpose is to build a pan-European educational space, that is, to bring education systems from different countries closer together to recognize education and diplomas obtained in different European countries by using common concepts for all definitions and measurement mechanisms, as well as to compare the learning outcomes of students from different countries and the transparency of educational activities institutions.
As part of this process, serious work is being done on the conformity of national education with the requirements of the Bologna Declaration in terms of acquiring new qualitative features and, at the same time, preserving the best traditions of the national pedagogical school.
