“Young Civil Servant’s School”
Certified educational program “Young Official’s School” is a joint project of Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University and Vinnytsia City Council, implemented with the support of the Deutsche Gessellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, German Society for International Cooperation from March 11, 2017 to June 11, 2017.

As a result of the program, 15 graduates of the School were employed in the Department of Economics and Investment of Vinnytsia City Council on a paid internship that lasted 3 months.
During the internship, the youth took an active part in the project management training program called “Maisternia miskykh proryviv “. The project was coordinated by a well-known Ukrainian economic manager, one of the founders of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, former Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Pavlo Sheremet.
School graduates are currently working on making breakthroughs in attracting investment, facilitating business, deregulation, building effective clusters and enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses in order to increase gross regional product per capita.

«I All-Ukrainian School of Public Policy and Administration»
The 1st All-Ukrainian School of Public Policy and Administration worked from October 29, 2016 to February 4, 2017. This was an ambitious project of two universities – Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University and Uzhgorod National University, which was implemented as part of the initiative «Innovative Forms of Internal Academic Mobility» project of «European Development of DonNU in Vinnytsia in 2016» supported by the International Renaissance Foundation and public organization “Institute of social research and political analysis.”
The first graduates of the School were 15 people of different age and professions, united by the desire to change local government and self-government for the better, as well as to improve the life of modern community. Participants were selected from 89 applicants who submitted motivational letters back in October 2016, when the admission process began.
As the result of 12 Saturdays during which the training took place, the students of the School experienced 72 hours of interesting and useful trainings conducted by 22 tutors from different cities of Ukraine; The School’s Facebook page was liked by about 400 network users; more than
100 gigabytes of video content were produced during the School’s operation, about 100 sheets of flipchart paper used, and 80 liters of coffee brewed during coffee breaks and brainstormings!

«II All-Ukrainian School of Public Policy and Administration»
The second All-Ukrainian School of Public Policy and Administration worked from September 20 till 20th of December 2018. It was a certified educational program for chiefs of regional state administrations of Vinnytsia Oblast, implemented by Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University in partnership with the public organization “Tsentr Dialoh” supported by Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
After 3 months of intensive training, 23 participants of the School have mastered 11 creative modules; experienced 64 hours of interesting and useful trainings conducted by 11 experienced trainers from different cities of Ukraine; delivered 23 public speeches; more than 70 gigabytes of photographic content was produced during the School’s operation!

It was implemented by Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University in partnership with the public organization “Vis” supported by Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
The second All-Ukrainian School of Public Policy and Administration worked from September 20 till 20th of December 2018. It was a certified educational program for chiefs of regional state administrations of Vinnytsia Oblast, implemented by Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University in partnership with the public organization “Tsentr Dialoh” supported by Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
After 7 months of intensive training, 22 participants of the School have mastered 9 creative modules; experienced 50 hours of interesting and useful trainings conducted by 10 experienced trainers from different cities of Ukraine; implemented 3 creative projects – own newspapers in 8 hours; more than 55 gigabytes of photographic content was produced during the School’s operation!
