List of documents for participation in academic mobility

For Bachelor and Master students

  • Head of the department must submit an application addressed to the rector, agreed with the dean, head of the educational department and the first vice-rector, which includes:
  • name and surname of a candidate;
  • academic year of the mobility, the period during which the student will participate in the academic mobility program, type / form of academic mobility;
  • degree (Bachelor / Master) obtained;
  • faculty, direction of training / specialty; year of study;
  • information about the partner institution to which the candidate is planned to be sent / information about the institution to which the candidate is planned to be sent in case of initiative academic mobility;
  • indicative information about the training program in the partner institution (if available). The choice of disciplines to be studied at the partner institution and subsequently enrolled at the university should be agreed with the graduating department of the university. In the absence of such information, the participant of the academic mobility undertakes to provide it within the timeframe specified in the academic mobility agreement;
  • information on the type of document that the participant of academic mobility will receive after the completion of the academic mobility program (diploma, certificate, academic certificate, etc.);
  • financial conditions for participation in the academic mobility program;
  • the procedure for fulfilling the schedule of the curriculum at the University;
  • CV;
  • personal application of a candidate;
  • invitation from the institution to which it is planned to send the candidate (the invitation is not required in case a candidate submits documents to compete for the right to academic mobility);
  • motivation letter;
  • letter of recommendation (if available);
  • a document confirming a foreign language proficiency (international certificate, letter of recommendation from an associate professor or professor of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, grade for the internal exam, etc.) – in the case of international academic mobility;
  • other documents that the department or faculty deems necessary to add.

For graduate and doctoral students

  • Head of the department must submit an application addressed to the rector, agreed with the dean, head of the Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies, as well as the Vice-Rector for Research, which includes:
  • name and surname of a candidate;
  • academic year of the mobility, period of academic mobility (semester, month), type / form of academic mobility;
  • educational-scientific / scientific level (postgraduate student, doctoral student) obtained;
  • specialty and year of training;
  • information about the institution (scientific institution where the candidate is planned to be sent);
  • information about the research program in a foreign (domestic) partner institution;
  • subject and summary of the study;
  • head of research at the university, as well as head of research at a foreign (domestic) partner institution;
  • description of research activities pursued during the academic mobility program;
  • financial conditions for participation in the academic mobility program;
  • the order of execution of the schedule of the curriculum and scientific plan at the University;
  • personal application of a candidate;
  • CV;
  • personal application of a candidate;
  • invitation from the partner institution to which the candidate is planned to be sent (the invitation is not required in case a candidate submits documents to compete for the right to academic mobility);
  • motivation letter;
  • letter of recommendation (if available);
  • a document confirming foreign language proficiency (international certificate, letter of recommendation from an associate professor or professor of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, grade for the internal exam, etc.) – in case of international academic mobility;
  • other documents that the department or faculty deems necessary to add.

For scientific and pedagogical staff of the University

  • Head of the department must submit an application, approved by the vice-rector for scientific affairs, which includes:
  • candidate’s full name, faculty, department, position, scientific degree / academic title;
  • information about partner institution to which the candidate is planned to be sent;
  • information about the academic mobility program;
  • description of activities pursued the academic mobility program;
  • financial conditions for participation in the academic mobility program;
  • extract from the minutes of the department meeting indicating the order of redistribution of educational workload at the main place of work;
  • personal application of a candidate;
  • CV;
  • an invitation from the institution to which the candidate is planned to be sent, which clearly states the financial conditions under which the candidate will participate in the academic mobility program (the invitation is not required in case a candidate submits documents to compete for the right to academic mobility);
  • other documents that structural subdivisions consider necessary to add

For other employees of the University

  • Head of the department must submit an application, which includes:
  • candidate’s full name, structural subdivision, position, scientific degree / academic title;
  • information about the partner institution to which the candidate is planned to be sent;
  • information about the academic mobility program;
  • description of activities during the academic mobility program;
  • financial conditions for participation in the academic mobility program;
  • personal application of the candidate;
  • CV;
  • an invitation from the institution to which the candidate is planned to be sent, which clearly states the financial conditions under which the candidate will participate in the academic mobility program (the invitation is not required in case a candidate submits documents to compete for the right to academic mobility);
  • other documents that structural subdivisions consider necessary to add.
