International faculty of DonNU

The University has been giving training to foreign citizens since 1970. Over 1500 foreign students got M.Sc. and 8000 students from 100 countries of the world were given preparatory training for Higher education.
The Academic Year starts on the September 1-st at all the Faculties.

The Preparatory Faculty for foreign citizens is one of the 12 University faculties. It was founded in 1973. Since 1996 it has been called the International faculty. It is one of the leading faculties in Ukraine and the CIS in the field of education and training of foreign students.
The faculty is entitled to train foreigners for their further studies in higher educational institutions. The graduates receive a certificate which enables them to enter any Higher educational Institution in Ukraine or Russia without entrance exams.

The teaching staff of the Faculty have many years of experience as teachers and teachers training both in Ukraine and abroad. They have good command of foreign languages.
There are more than 50 teachers at the Faculty. Many of them are M.Eds, M.Scs, D.Scs. and Professors. They combine the best traditional methods with more recent approaches to help students acquire knowledge in the most appropriate way.
